these vitamins seem to work okay but you have to take way too many of them a day. six a day. come on that is drama. they are also a little on the pricey side. my husband uses these vitamins so i can't really speak too personally other than what he tells me. i don't know if it were me i'd just take new chapter organics every man. i take the woman's version and they work great. again very pricey but worth it. especially if you find a deal.More detail ...
