Pomology Men's Daily Multivitamin Tablets 120-count Bottle

Great complement of vitamins etc5

After studying nutrition (among other things) in a Master's program I learned about what research shows to be the best levels of certain vitamins and minerals. In particular I was looking for the following:

- Retinol acetate ("Vitamin A acetate" here) levels of no more 2000 IUs( yes it is slightly more in this product but much better than most)

- Folic acid (folate) levels of at least 400mcg

- Vitamin D levels at least 600-800IUs

- no iron (men don't need it unless if instructed to do so by a doctor)

Downsides:

- you have to take two per day in order to get the doses mentioned

- it's really not cheap compared to many other vitamins that you are probably more familiar with

After looking at several products and comparing the prices this brand had the best levels of most of these for the best price. Then take into consideration the fact that it also has several antioxidants etc. I felt that it was worth it. If you are the kind of person though that has a hard time remembering to take just one pill per day this may not be the choice for youMore detail ...
